In addition to full-service design services such as a kitchen or bath remodel, MBID also offers you a chance to select only the services you need for small projects or just a few ideas to get you started. If you are local, we can meet in the space you want to update and discuss changes you'd like to incorporate. In you're out of the area, even across the country, you can take advantage of the virtual design services offered. It's a new decade and a new way to design the comfortable, inviting space you've dreamed about.
Ask the Designer I - $15
Just need to ask a question about hanging curtains, artwork or if a rug is the right size and want something specific to your space and not just something you can Google? This is for the question that can be answered in one paragraph. Email me your question and a photo if possible and I'll put my designer hat on and be your objective opinion.

Ask the Designer II - $75
This is a more indepth solution for your design dilemma that requires more than a simple paragraph. You want answers for that oddly shaped room; where should you place a sofa and chairs to create a conversation area? How can you create a computer space that stays organized and looks good! Answers to your home decor problems. Just send me a little information about your space and several photographs (one for each wall and any special features in the space). You will receive a written solution via email plus color selections, resources, pricing and the reasons why I'm making the suggestions I have. This gives you a design map for changing one small area in your home.

Consultation - $75
This is like our first date. We'll schedule an appointment to look at your space and get to know each other. I'll ask lots of questions, you can tell me your likes, dislikes and vision for the room (see, kinda like a first date!). I will take some measurements and pictures. A consultation is the first step in determining which of my services would best suit your needs. Plan on 60 - 90 minutes. Payment is due at the time of consultation with $50 of consultation fee applied to a redesign or full service package.

You specify the budget and I'll give you ideas and a design plan that fits your needs no matter where you live and the best part is you have a plan to work from either all at once (if you love instant gratification) or as time and your budget allow! Of course, if you live in the greater Modesto area, you will receive these packages in person.

You receive 90 minutes of consultation time when we'll pick the perfect color to match your furniture, flooring and fabrics to create the look and feel your after. We'll narrow it down to two colors and you'll receive a large sample board of each to see how each compares with your particular lighting and room flow. See how the color will work before the expense of buying a paint that's just not right!
Interior Redesign (One Day Decorating) $350 and Up depending on number/size of room(s)
Want to see the potential in the items you already own? This is the way to help you fall in love with your home all over again by reusing and repurposing what you already own. Imagine having a designer find the common thread in your furnishings and accessories and coming home to an artfully decorated space using your own treasured items. After an initial consultation to spend time with you in your space and get to know how you live and use that space, you get to come home to a whole new room. I may bring in some items to enhance what you have but it is totally your decision to purchase them or not. If you like the look that's been created, you have saved yourself the time and gas it takes to find these items yourself because it has been done for you!
Real Estate Staging Consultation $149
We all know what a tough market it is out there. I will walk through your home with an eye for what features of your home should be accented and which ones to disquise. You will get a full checklist of updates, repairs, furniture placement and decluttering tips to help your home sell faster and create that necessary curb appeal that let's buyers know they are getting a great value and "cared for" property.
